For joining the fanclub, you get a membership certificate, a quarterly bulletin, priority for concert tickets, and commemorative goods (KANA autographed picture).

Foreigners and "houtai"
I don't know if foreigners can join the fanclub. From my short (and barely understood *weeps*) correspondence with KANA's producer Iori, it seemed possible, but I didn't quite understand his instructions. Plus, he gave me HIS address (which I obviously wouldn't give out anywhere). I recommend emailing Yukki-chan about joining, but I highly doubt she knows English.
