group leader, rame is the bassist of the band. he writes most of the music. knowing this, it's no surprise that most of vidoll's songs have a very distinct bassline, very often relegating the guitar solos to second place. rame is a bit goofy on stage, because he has a very poor sense of rhythm. i usually compare him to mana [ex-malice mizer], because mana used to play the bass and rame used to play guitar and mana can't dance or move around very gracefully either. all that aside, rame rocks. he's a very good musician and he puts the groove in the band's music. rame was previously in the bands radifia and eze:qul.

hidden behind his heavy gear, tero nevertheless seems to be the "prankster" of the lot. always very lively and timely on the drums. tero also plays the piano. he has played a few parts for some of the band's releases, most notably on the song "kimi wo nosette", a very good ballad mostly with jui singing and tero playing on the piano. tero had been on a small [non-visual] band from hokkaido before going to tokyo and meeting up with rame to form vidoll.

hide joined the band after ayano's departure. he was previously in the band vanilla, which had also disbanded some time earlier. hide was also previously in illusia and after effect. he wrote several songs for the band, bringing a harder edge to their sound. supposedly, he left due to health problems. his farewell message to the fans was quite emotional.

vidoll's rhythm guitarist from the creation of the band until his departure, yukine usually appeared to be calm and collected, sometimes wearing a little smirk, even though his choice of visuals was often the heaviest of the band. seems to like hanging-out in the back. he produced the "homo crash trap" video, where the rest of the band teases him for being gay [not to say that he actually is gay]. he was a roadie for the band kar'maria, vidoll was supposedly his first serious band.

ayano was vidoll's lead guitarist since the band's creation until august the 30th 2003. the circumstances that lead to his departure are a bit obscure, the official explanation being the generic "musical differences" one [rumour has it that there was some sort of disagreement over something that ayano did, but no one seems to be sure]. before joining vidoll ayano was in the band miserable. he is currently in the band gimmick.
